    Well maintained
    Beautiful neighborhood
    Cons:
    If you live facing the anex it sucks. It's loud and neighbors complain about light and noise from each other. Also no privacy

    Cons:
    If you face middle of building there is poor lighting and noise travels a lot
    Advice to owner:
    Looks good. Could add more space
