    no pests
    clean
    nice units
    Cons:
    bit pricey
    loud dogs
    shower water pressure a bit weak
    sink water pressure isn't amazing

    Pros:
    -Super is attentative and works hard.
    -Laundry Machines are usually available.
    -Not many pests.
    -Great location.
    -Quiet.
    -Management is nice.
    Cons:
    -Water intrusion problems.
    -Never got a mailbox for my apartment.
    Advice to owner:
    -Ensure your apartments do not have any major problems prior to moving in.
