Cons:
1. Boiler randomly goes out of service leaving tenants out of hot water and heat. 2. Building is generally under maintained despite of having a live-in super. 3. Security features could definitely improve. 4. Common areas are never cleaned. 5. A scaffold is set in front of the building but there has been no construction activity in over half a year.
Advice to owner:
Fix/replace the boiler. Supervise the work and whereabouts of the building’s super. Have common areas be vacuum cleaned and mopped weekly.
