    Like this place a lot, but package theft problem

    Pros:
    Excellent super
    Generally responsive management (except for package theft)
    Well maintained overall
    Cons:
    Management doesn't care about package theft
    Elevator slow
    Still using quarters for laundry
    Advice to owner:
    Get a package locker
