    Pros:
    the location is great, and the apartment is very spacious for the price.
    Cons:
    The pest control is out of hand. Roaches, flies in summertime. Stairwell is gross. And the walls are VERY thin. Stingy with the heat.
    Advice to owner:
    Do better with building maintenance.
