    short and sweet.
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    super took good care of garbage
    Cons:
    everything was bandaids, duct tape, and just paint over everything instead of fixing it and communication was iffy.
    Advice to owner:
    you charge too much for your properties for the quality of them.
