I wish I could say something more positive

Pros

The building courtyard is maintained. Especially during the spring and summer it’s beautiful.

Cons

Unfortunately the outside courtyard is the only thing maintained. My apartment was a hot mess and it’s a battle to get anything fixed.

Pros

Nice courtyard and neighbors

Cons

Fire hazards, shoddy repairs, peeling paint, slow response to apartment and complex issues, and poor security - some building doors' locks are broken, buzzers sometimes don't work, and more.

Advice to the owners

Honesty is the best policy.
