It’s clean, neighbors are friendly, super doesn’t live here but is reliable and friendly. Exterminator knocks on the door every Monday morning but I have not needed to use them. Great proximity to the park.
Cons:
I’ve only been here for one winter but the heat, while on, could have been better. I’m used to extremely hot nyc radiator apts and my unit is not like that. Sometimes there is noise from people revving engines on the street but otherwise pretty quiet.

Super was very responsive, nice and would fix things in a timely manner, nice hardwood and tile floors
Cons:
Elevator was slow, only a few washers/dryers in basement and they were often out of order
Advice to owner:
Decent rental property, inexpensive for manhattan
