Great Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The on-site super is responsive and always helpful.
Neighbors are all friendly - you definitely feel like you’re in a community.
Building is kept clean and is quiet.
Cons:
This is out of anyone’s control but the noise from the street can be excessive. There are always lots of loud cars and loud music playing.
Advice to owner:
Nothing at the moment.
