    Nice staff, clean laundry room, pretty responsive for maintenance request
    Cons:
    thin walls and could hear neighbors

    Cons:
    a zillion doormen mean expensive christmas tips
    water constantly down/not available, averages probably 1 day a month of "we're shutting off water for maintenance"
    Very loud from the street
