    Great building but elevator is a key issue

    Pros:
    Great super, nice lobby, some units are recently renovated, outdoor space on the roof, good laundry room
    Cons:
    Elevator breaks very frequently, and only 1 elevator makes it inconvenient for anyone living on higher floors. Laundry room can smell sometimes due to proximity to trash

    Location is pretty good with a bunch of citibikes stand nearby to compensate for the subway distance
    David is a great doorman
    Cons:
    Elevator breaks down a LOT
    Garbage floor is sometimes overflowing
