    Rooftop pool and gym
    Excellent communal areas - newly refurbished and suited for coworking
    Cons:
    Ground floor shops could be better

    Pros:
    Surprisingly quiet building, super fast replies for any maintenance needs, neighbors are professional and peaceful. Folks that work here are nice
    Cons:
    Neighborhood is too touristy
    Advice to owner:
    Not much, it’s a nice place to live
