    Spacious 1BR in older midrise. Quiet neighborhood but not quiet neighbors

    Quiet Neighborhood
    Good proximity to public transit and access to downtown
    Good super & good maintenance of common areas
    Cons:
    Poorly insulated units=noisey upstairs neighbors
    Old infrastructure
    Lacks grounded outlets
    Excess heat and dust from radiators
    Mice, roaches
    Lacks ventilation in bathroom and kitchen
    Ineffective intercom for front door buzzer
    Ground floor bar obstructs sidewalk
