A fun place to land temporarily

Pros

Proximity to restraints, bars, transportation. Smaller building size, not a ton of foot traffic

Cons

Truly tiny studios. Proximity to 6th ave craziness and sound level. Homeless constantly at gates and along street. Superintendent terrible

Advice to the owners

Besides the superintendent, much of the cons are out of someone’s control

Quaint building with unique architecture and pleasant tenants

Cons

Super did not fix things correctly and it became an issue with my security deposit
