    Lots of young people in the building
    No pest or rodent problems
    Cons:
    Front gate to building does not lock

    Pros:
    Great common area outdoor courtyard, code in building is convenient. tenants keep to themselves.
    Cons:
    very old building, garbage usually all over the front after a saturday. appliances are super old and sketchy. no dishwasher or laundry. heat is controlled by building.

    Clean the facility more
