    overall it was solid

    Pros:
    great neighbors. 1 group above me totally ruined what would’ve been 5 stars for neighbors. annoying college kids using their parents money. partied all the time. there’s an exterminator that comes once a month. super is nice and responsive
    Cons:
    the heat broke multiple times in the dead of winter
