    This block is too noisy to sleep

    Close to Columbus Circle
    Cons:
    There is a massive construction project down the block working at all hours of the night and weekend. There is also a pest problem that the owners won't do anything about

    Dirty building needs renovation

    Location to Central Park, and the super is really great
    Cons:
    It’s a very dirty old building and needs work
    Advice to owner:
    Fully renovate the hallways
