    Great building, rough location

    Very clean, well managed, nice bathroom
    Cons:
    Area, packages stolen

    Garbage was always handled, exterminators came around monthly
    Cons:
    Dealing with a large company is hard, they raised our rent 25% after the first year, and there is someone who steals packages that the landlord hasn't helped
    Advice to owner:
    Deal with the package thief!
