Quiet building in a good area, upgraded appliances, clean white walls
Had a mice problem but it was taken care of very quickly. Also there is someone in the building who constantly opens/goes through your packages if left in the lobby. I’ve had multiple things stolen.
Install a camera system to avoid package theft.
