    Decent Old School Building in Little Italy

    Pros:
    Great location and nice neighbors, many of whom have lived there for decades.
    Cons:
    Building is old and worn around the edges. The neighborhood is very loud given the tourist area. Also issues with package theft given high traffic area.

    Only 2 units.
    Relatively new finishes.
    Cons:
    No washer, dryer.
    Smoke from smokers waiting for the restaurant downstairs comes through the AC.
