    Pros:
    Fine apartments, cozy enough for 1 and a very very cool area to live in
    Cons:
    Building has a roach problem that the owners don’t supply enough of an individual effort to exterminate, but if you treat it well on your own you’ll be fine

    I mean you’re right above mud, so hard to complain hahah
    The walls were honestly really sound proof, pretty much no noise from my neighbors ever, some street noise though
    I only had a coach encounters
    Cons:
    A lot of street noise sometimes, it’s a busy street especially in the warmer months
    There are some roaches
