    Really great building

    Pros:
    doormen are amazing, great amenities, lots of closet space
    Cons:
    garbage outside on 4th ave, no roof access

    This is a nice building with OK managers

    Location, elevator, doorman, free gym
    Cons:
    Some of the doormen can be a hassle to work with, the super is mean, the super is hard to work with for repairs, the super is not always available
