    Responsive super, nice building
    Cons:
    A few roaches / insects, thin windows

    Great building with old building issues

    Pros:
    Location, the super is awesome, clean, (some) good neighbors
    Cons:
    Landlord is not responsive,, lots of people move every year so some disruptions. Too many college kids. Water pressure is not good, super warm in the wintertime
    Advice to owner:
    Be more responsive to inquiries
