    Decent East Village Apartment
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    central location, easy access to the L, grocery store nearby, close to Stuytown and Tompkins Square parks, responsive super, building is well maintained
    Cons:
    across the street from loud bars, lots of street noise (drunk people at night, music, etc). not much curb appeal
