    Size is good
    Cons:
    No sunlight and close to bars so it’s very loud

    Spacious with plenty of storage. Location is good. Neighbors are nice.
    Cons:
    Bar with backyard is extremely noisey Wednesday-Sunday, all night long. The building is not energy efficient, so energy bills are upwards of $300 per month.
    Advice to owner:
    Get the bar to stop the noise at a reasonable hour.
