    Good bang for the buck
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Small space, but safe and well-maintained. Responsive landlord.
    Cons:
    Roaches sometimes. But this is NYC.
    Advice to owner:
    Newer kitchenettes would be welcomed. Any existing ones in building I’ve seen were ancient and inferior.
