    It’s the upper east side
    Cons:
    Mice, roaches, everything is broken
    Advice to owner:
    Nothing, you never cared.

    Inexpensive and decent location.


    Cons:
    Filthy hallways, filled with roaches and mice, slumlord management and rude/unhelpful building staff

    Clean up the building and clear the pests
