    Pros:
    Charming building! Also love that the walk up stairs are outdoors. Friendly people and clean laundry room. Garbage chute in each floor, lovely location next to park and river
    Cons:
    no elevator, issues with drains and pipes
    Advice to owner:
    keep it up!!
