The garbage outside is not properly kept so there’s TONS of rats in front of the building. Always. Especially at night. I don’t think there’s a single night I entereted the building and didn’t see one. Also, the front door slams so if you leave on the first floor or above the main entrance you hear the door slamming all the time.
Advice to owner:
Fix the damn ray problem and the front door

Pros:
I like my backyard and that my apartment is rent controlled
Cons:
cockroaches, rats outside, homeless people sleeping in the hallway and knocking at my door at 8am and leaving things around.
Advice to owner:
get a better security system, (virtual doorman etc), fix the cockroach problem, seal my pipes, get better garbage cans that rats cant chew through, sweep the floors
