    Very unique building, great for couples or families

    Pros:
    Very unique
    Hallways decorated
    Close to park/river
    Cons:
    You will be reminded about the garbage every 5 minutes
    The landlord lives downstairs and is quick to gossip with you about tenants , doesn’t respect personal space

    could get really hot in winter but opening a window cooled it down
