Great Location, Well Kept

Pros

Fairly responsive management, great location, nice bathroom and kitchen finishes. Did not raise rent. Regular pest control.

Cons

Management slow to fix a small hole that repair people put in my wall while working on the hallway.

Great apartment for the price

Pros

Location, fresh renovations, noise between units is tolerable.

Cons

Could have more windows but that issue was isolated to 1st floor apartments. Fleeced me on the security deposit, charged $250 for a small crack in the bathroom sink and $150 for throwing out trash before 8pm when I moved out.
