No pests rents a bit lower than west side

Noisy heaters lazy super never cleans

Nothing spectacular but not entirely terrible
Pros
heating is ok.
Cons
building's poorly maintained in the common areas and rarely cleaned. Some neighbours are loud, rowdy, noisy frat boy types. The building is super old and the pipes make enough noise that to disturb your sleep in the morning.
