    Pros:
    This building is in a convenient location to public transit, recreational park, and supermarkets.
    Cons:
    The staircase is dirty and smells. There is always a problem with the elevators not working. The walls are constantly in need of repair work.
    Advice to owner:
    Lock up entry doors and make sure intercom works properly
