Pros:
- Great lighting in unit
- water pressure is good in showers/other plumbing
Cons:
- Neighbors are so loud, and there are fights in hallways weekly
-horrible garbage management
-landlord never answers or fixes issues
Advice to owner:
Kick people out, and clean the building
