    Classic project called a plaza

    Pros:
    Location is ideal
    Cons:
    It's dirty
    they paint over the girme every decade or so

    Too many people outside "hanging out"
    Advice to owner:
    Stop using police for control. Make sure the lobby doors lock and close, make sure folks have keys.
