    Pros:
    Close to transit
    Cons:
    Heat was out for 2 weeks, landlord lied about rent stabilized apartment, lots of cockroaches
    Advice to owner:
    Follow the law

    - rent relatively cheap for the area
    - very central, albeit maybe too central for some because of proximity to port and tsq
    - everything you need is in the surrounding area
    Cons:
    - not the cleanest
    - heat didn’t always work
    - no elevator and steep staircases
    - bit of a pest problem
    Advice to owner:
    - upgrade the building when you can and try to control pests better
