- Recently renovated and few physical issues - No pests - In unit laundry/dishwasher and central air - Respectful neighbors
Cons:
- Some tenants smoke in the building and you can smell it through the air vents - Super is not very responsive. The quality of the building mostly makes up for this but he is not quick to resolve any issues.
Advice to owner:
The smoke/weed smell in the building should be addressed. Otherwise, this is a very fine building!
