The building is in great shape and the renovated units are really nice. Apartments are typical Manhattan size, but a pretty good deal for a rent stabilized place. Management has been cooperative and my experience living here for more than two years has been very positive. I would definitely recommend living here.
Cons:
The back and sides of the building have great potential for a communal space that is wasted.
Advice to owner:
Do something nice with the outdoor space or let tenants do something nice.
