    Good location but loud noises

    Amazing location, great size
    Cons:
    The noise levels from the street

    Great location with decent renovated apartments.

    Great location, relatively quiet, pretty trouble free.
    Cons:
    A couple mice and roaches but par for the course in NYC. Slightly tilted floors.
    Advice to owner:
    Stairwell could be maintained a bit better.
