Pros
Is a very friendly building. The people are nice and the neighbors is surrounded by a lot of Latinos.
Cons
Management owner could be very noisy when coming to fix things in your apartment. The security in the building are always on their phone and sometimes ignore people when coming in.
Advice to the owners
Sometimes moms are coming in with grocery and heavy things it should be okay for security to open the door.

Nice building depending on age and lifestyle
Pros
Big apartments, security and laundry room inside the building. Any kind of supermarket, bodega. etc,. around the corner.
Cons
Too many noises from neighbors and from the streets.
