    I like the neighborhood and proximity to the park
    Cons:
    There was a massive bed bug infestation that the building completely mishandled

    Great Location near the park. There was a severe bedbug infestation

    Great Super. Clean building
    Cons:
    Although the building was clean. There was a bedbug infestation in one of the apartments that was not properly dealt with by the resident and so the neighbouring apartments became untenable
