    Pros:
    Heat on 1000.
    Cons:
    Nothing gets fixed, crackheads everywhere , garbage everywhere

    Clean it up atleast

    Nothing. The quality of residents and maintenance of this building has taken a nose dive
    Cons:
    It's dirty, half the residents are nasty and used to living in these conditions, nycha isn't responsive to complaints about tenants and maintenance, piss and poop throughout the staircase and homeless puerile in and out of the building shooting up.
    Advice to owner:
    Security, hire more maintenance staff to regularly clean and listen to tenant complaints
