Clean and nice - no complaints

Pros:
Very quick to resolve any issues within your unit (ie washer stopped working and they replaced it with a brand new washer in a day)
Cons:
the change for heat to A/C & voice versa is centrally controlled

Pros:
Super was very helpful, great location, excellent rooftop. Doorman friendly. Over all 5 star rental.
Cons:
36th St is a busy street, lots of trucks stuck in traffic weekdays morning. Noise level was the only issue
