    Pros:
    Nice location
    Average space for NYC
    Cons:
    Management was rude
    Steep staircase to reach laundry which was pretty dangerous especially during winter

    Very convenient location
    Cons:
    There were mice at one point of time but our landlord fixed it by getting the contractors to fix any holes in the apt
    Advice to owner:
    Look at upgrading the heating
