Very Attentive Landlords
Pros
* The landlords are very attentive and quick to address issues * Awesome location right next to a great deli
Cons
* The street is a little heavy on rats * Our first floor apartment flooded multiple times from rain storms and a water main break * The place can get quite cold in the winter
Advice to the owners
I think the owners did a great job of being attentive to the unit and addressing our concerns.

Pros
The building common areas are cleaned regularly and well maintained. The apartment is spacious and quiet
Cons
The laundry room has 2 washers and 2 dryers so sometimes it is occupied and you have to wait for others to be done
