Tells ppl to leave then once they do he files to evict them without their knowledge !

BTW I’m told he’s breaking Federal and State laws w immigration and taxes
He illegally employs illegal immigrants with no paperwork
He has contempt for the laws of this state and this country
Advice to owner:
Get out of business
