    Large units with great location and amazing supers
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Supers are best and kind. They are very helpful. Neighbors are quiet. Never any major issues with pest or garbage.
    Cons:
    Can be loud on ave A and basement feels dingy. One washer and dryer for entire building isn’t enough.
