    Spacious for NYC but thin walls

    Great price for 2 bedroom in NYC, updated appliances and safe building.
    Cons:
    I'd heard the walls were thin before we moved in but didn't think much about it. Spent the last 6 months we lived there forced to listen to the people above us have sex because the walls and ceilings were so thin...
