1. Lack of sunlight in the common space in junior 2 beds apartments. The flex room blocks all the sunlight 2. Lack of ventilation for the restrooms

college campus feel in manhattan!
Pros
i absolutely love stuytown, it’s so clean and quiet. management is very fast to respond, it’s all done through their website. it’s so safe and really makes me feel at home in such a chaotic city.
Cons
some units are more updated than others, and pricing is fairly expensive but we’ll worth it with how much space you get.
