Nice neighborhood
Pros
The building is newly renovated and the neighborhood is very peaceful and nice.
Cons
Some apts on the lower level may not have the best lightning.

Great maintenance & facilities, some units need renovation
Pros
Management is really responsive and efficient. Community is great and Stuy Town facilities are very well maintained Utilities taken care of and payment is really easy. Overall, best managed building I’ve seen
Cons
No real way to fix it, but living room space is really small in flex 3 bedroom apartments, with no lighting Some units in the building are older and not recently renovated. Ours was renovated recently but some finishes are still older
